Rip off of Smash but hey, it's free..

Seeing a Smash Bros clone like this gain an identity of its own certainly piqued my interest. Seeing a Smash Bros clone like this gain an identity of its own certainly piqued my interest. I found the limitation of move sets down to unarmed and two universal weapons was both a blessing and a curse, while it certainly makes most characters seem samey, it also does wonders for game balancing by standardizing a lot of move sets. However, the gameplay of this game is highly inconsistent and unfun depending on the patch - this game, like all multiplayer games, has a multitude of balancing and hitbox issues that have made the game near unplayable in my experience in the past, and its gameplay philosophy encourages spamming and boring styles of play. This game is certainly one you get more out of when you invest the time into mastering it mechanics. It's just that I believe what it offers doesn't warrant such effort.

Super addictive

Despite Grouvee saying there's only 3 versions of this game: Switch, PS4, and PC, to my knowledge it is on Android, iOS, and xbox as well. This lets anybody play whenever and where ever they want. You don't need a good machine with an expensive gpu or an insane amount of ram to play, it's good with nearly whatever specs you have, I'd go as far as to say you can play this on a crappy school laptop and win a tourney. The character diversity is enjoyable and the different weapons you can use yet nearly the same mechanic for each of them makes playing other characters fun and makes it feel theres not to much of a skill ceiling for each individual character. You can unlock all the characters simply by playing the game as well and the game is free for all platforms! I'd say definitely give it a try with friends or on your own, but everything is better to play with friends.

This game made me feel like I was playing smash on steroids. It is fun and the melee action gets intense.

Spoke to my brother on the phone who is more of a gamer than myself. We spoke about our friends, family, and of course video games. Spoke to my brother on the phone who is more of a gamer than myself. We spoke about our friends, family, and of course video games. Apparently he has been playing mostly X Box One and I suggested for him to download Brawlhalla! Yes, I know that I'm really into this game lately, but it's just so easy to have a couple of matches without having to get too involved.

By the way, Gnash is my second favorite character now.

I haven't invested this many hours into a fighting game by myself. Brawlhalla is now my second favorite when it comes to fighting games that are similar to Smash Bros. My main character is now close to being at level 30!

Anyone else thinks it's strange to see WWE wrestlers in Brawlhalla? I just found out yesterday that they now have new fighters including Dwayne Johnson.

Played a couple of Nintendo games at midnight and some Brawlhalla. This morning I played more NES and continued watching the smash bros series documentary on youtube. I'm really into a gaming mode lately

Highly addictive Smash Bros like fighting game

There is plenty of characters to choose from though many of the characters do similar attacks. The cross platform feature that was implented recently makes fighting against different opponents vast and more interesting. Even though you can invest money, it's not necessary because the game does not have a pay to win system. I've already played more than 10 hours and haven't purchased anything once. I liked the game so much, I will be purchasing coins to change taunts and other things that can be altered. This is for both casual and non casual gamers.
