Final Thoughts: Solid follow-up to Sega Rally, but I feel like I'm always driving on ice even on the final tarmac Riviera race. Also neat they kept the GAME OVER YEAH!
The soundtrack is REALLY GOOD though. I'd even say it's one of Sega's best original compositions ever asides from OutRun 2, and it's unfortunate that most people will probably overlook it. I added +1 star to the rating for the soundtrack alone.
