klocki (with a lower-case "k") is a sleek, streamlined, beautifully-executed puzzle game at an affordable price. You can buy it on Steam for $1, and sometimes it drops even cheaper.

There's not much to say about this game, but in a good way. The game is very beautiful to look at. The shapes and colours work together to present a soothing geometric abstract image, like you're playing with a neat little artefact in a quiet meditative world. The animations are also really smooth and consistent, and each movement or manipulation is accompanied by a satisfying click or tap, that little bit of audio-visual feedback to make the puzzles more tactile. The atmosphere is relaxing too, with the cool, soothing colours and the music in the background: quiet hums, slowly fading synths and soft ambient echoes, reminiscent of Brian Eno's Music for Airports. This game is so simple that it might be a mobile port (I don't know) but it certainly doesn't feel like one at all. The mouse control works perfectly, everything starts up without a hitch, animations are fluid, it fits like a glove.

The puzzles start off extremely simple and slowly build up to become more and more complex. The game is designed so that the puzzles themselves are intuitive. You never seen directions or tooltips, you can just tell what needs to be done immediately by looking at it. The difficulty curve is designed in a way such that different elements are introduced slowly, allowing you to get used to certain puzzle elements before others are added to the mix. The fascinating thing about this game is that, despite the later puzzles becoming quite challenging, the game is never frustrating. Even the hard puzzles only take around 6 or 7 minutes at most, and it's impossible to get lost or stuck. And the process of solving these puzzles is very relaxing, with the atmosphere of the game, it's like the satisfaction of tidying a bookshelf, getting all the things in a perfect little row. Upon solving a puzzle, you hear a pleasantly rewarding sound, like a delightful tone of encouragement, the object glows and fades and you're presented with a new puzzle, with an entirely new colour scheme including the background.
Basically it's a short little game, and although it's a puzzle game, it also feels like a stress-relief/meditation game. You can just zone out and solve these things. In some ways it feels similar to Mu Cartographer. I managed to complete the entire game (maybe 40 puzzles in total) in about an hour, and I would complain about this but the game only costs $1, so it was worth it, and I think replaying it would still be quite fun and satisfying if you had a break for a week or two. Basically this game has hypnotised me or brainwashed me or something, but still I can't help but recommend it because I loved the experience. If you feel the need to relieve some stress and solve some light, satisfying puzzles then definitely check this out, well worth the very reasonable asking price.
Had a lot of fun playing this game - Def. $1.79 well spent. Also got my first 100% Steam Achievement, though since this game only has one achievement and takes maybe an 1.5 hours to beat, I suppose it's not much of an "achievement". Still a first for me, all the same.
