The only remarkable thing about Ultionus is how it manages to be both a bad side-scrolling shmup and a godawful platformer. You fly and shoot some things but i have no idea if you're actually going somewhere. Then you crash, shoot some infinitely respawning enemies, try not to fall asleep and wonder if you're actually going somewhere. I got so …

The only remarkable thing about Ultionus is how it manages to be both a bad side-scrolling shmup and a godawful platformer. You fly and shoot some things but i have no idea if you're actually going somewhere. Then you crash, shoot some infinitely respawning enemies, try not to fall asleep and wonder if you're actually going somewhere. I got so bored i started walking into enemies hoping for the end. Oh god, and the terrible, repetitive music. Why would anyone voluntarily play this?
