An enjoyable time.

I really loved this game its one of my favorite zeldas. Not my favorite one but definitely in the top 5. The vibes were amazing, I loved exploring the world this game has the great distinction of making the second desert world i've ever loved.

I hate desert levels normally but the desert was my favorite levels in this game going back and forth between desert and non desert to solve puzzles was fun. I liked the story it was simple but enjoyable. The side characters were amazing, I love Groose and his arc so much. Impa was great. I know she's divisive but I really liked Fi, sure she could be repetitive but that didn't happen that much. Though i'm told that was more of a thing on the wii version. I liked her dancer and robotic animations it was cool. The ending was great, though I hated the final boss so much.

I played this game with button controls and most of the game is easily beatable with them excluding this one switch on the pirate ship, Ghirahim's boss fights and the final boss. While i'm sure these are completable with button controls, the controls to active fatal blow was finicky and precise strikes quickly were a little difficult. But those are the only times I had to use motion controls and they were fine. I liked the button controls mimicked motions and that was fun.
