I'm a little embarrassed to admit I played this obsessively for several years, barely missing a single day for the daily fitness test and recording my results. I eventually stopped when I realised that so much of my happiness was connected to how well I did at the (pretty easy to exploit) balance games, and that BMI is not a good indicator of health.

I learned so much about the basics of yoga, and otherwise exercised more than I would d have without the game so I'm grateful for that! I really enjoyed those many hours with a personal trainer giving me encouragement and helping me to learn more how I was moving my body in time and space.
