The third entry in the Maze series of hidden object adventure games, Nightmare Realm is a nice polished entry that does a good job of returning to the series’ roots. In this case, the entire game takes place in a surreal dreamscape, which allows full creative freedom in the environments. While I enjoyed it quite a bit, it’s nothing groundbreaking or too stand out.
I don’t have much to say I haven’t said about the series already. It’s still one of the better games in the saturated hidden object game genre, but it’s nothing amazing. If you like these games you’ll like this. I think it’s a little less memorable than Subject 360, but I still had fun. Let’s see how the final 2 games turned out…
