Someone's crummy pet project
Lord of the Dark Castle is a cute rogue-like that's vaguely reminiscent of the original Diablo game. It has 6 problems:
If you run Windows at anything above 1080p everything will be tiny and there are no resolution options to fix this.
Any controls involving right-click respond poorly.
There are no classes or persistent upgrade to make the game interesting.
Everything is 100% generic, from equipment to enemies.
A wizard just froze me and i died without being able to do anything about it.
Worst of all, the game constantly lags. It will freeze for over a second every few minutes, it's really annoying.
It's a fun little amateur project but not something worth playing.
