An Improvement but Not for the Best

Improving upon its predecessor, Black Monday has better driving and shooting mechanics than the first game, but still manages to be just as shotty.

Just as with the first game, the mechanical aspects completely kill the story, being overly difficult and forcing multiple plays to pass each section.

The story in this installment is far more uninteresting and its hard to connect to your character or really care what's about to happen to him.

I can't say I recommend this title...
