I finished off LBP Vita and did really enjoy it, but I still really miss that feeling of the very first game. I think a lot of what played into that was getting people excited to play it with me... excited to check out a new PS3 game on my HDTV... just excited to do the silly stuff in the game.

It's inherently less fun by myself and trying to get my son to play LBP3 with me was a fail...

I don't think any Little Big Planet game will ever capture the magic of the first for me. Everything just fell into place with my first ever HD TV, the killer visuals and at the time amazing textures, and unbelievable charm.

I don't think any Little Big Planet game will ever capture the magic of the first for me. Everything just fell into place with my first ever HD TV, the killer visuals and at the time amazing textures, and unbelievable charm.

That said, the first few levels of this one, something I've been meaning to try, are quite a bit of fun and they do use the Vita well. I think I'm going to enjoy playing through the story mode.
