Three Strikes, I’m Out

Baseball is a port of the arcade game VS. Baseball. It has been ported to many platforms but is notable for being one of the Game Boy launch titles. It is currently available in the NES and Game Boy classics library for Switch and Switch 2.

Sports games aren't really for me. Sports in general is not something I'm particularly interested in and many sports games are very technical in their gameplay so I wasn't expecting to enjoy this one at all. And I didn't. But I'm truly not the target audience here.

There isn't much to describe about the game. You play baseball. That's it. There's no unlockables, just a few preset teams. The Game Boy version features some Mario characters as players. I wasn't very good at actually playing the game so I watched a longplay of it online.
