Now about the game itself:
This is one of those rare cases when a roguelike game is not random heavy and you feel like you're in control. Which is ironic, given the fact that you'll be rolling the dice all the time.
And it has an undo button! I can't stress enough how useful it is. Miscalculated something? No problem! Undo, try another approach.
It's so well balanced and polished that it joins my "top 3 tactical puzzle games" list:
- Shogun Showdown
- Slice & Dice
- Into the Breach.
Try the demo.
