Here you’re not a beat cop anymore and being a detective makes the minute to minute action more fascinating, less obnoxious. It’s still pretty anal in terms of procedures, but at least that attention to detail is focused on more exciting stuff and on a more dynamic plot. Here you’re not a beat cop anymore and being a detective makes the minute to minute action more fascinating, less obnoxious. It’s still pretty anal in terms of procedures, but at least that attention to detail is focused on more exciting stuff and on a more dynamic plot. But trying to play without access to a walkthrough can still be pretty painful. Anyhoo, I think overall it’s a fun and ambitious game, also full of lovely Miami Vice homages. The part with the terrorists on the plane hasn’t aged well though.
