A charming must play for 16-bit platforming fans

Read moreDoReMi Fantasy is a charming and colorful platformer. The game is very polished and as a result the controls always feel tight. Milon's primary attack is to shoot bubbles out of a straw and trap enemies which he then must follow up by running into said bubble (trust me, it's not as lame as it sounds). It's usually not too challenging but the bosses battles can be pretty tough. The character sprites are all adorable and your character's health is indicated by the color of his tunic, which is a very nice touch. The composer seemed to be going for a low key atmospheric vibe a lot of the time. This is a bit odd given how the game looks and plays, but it certainly makes the music stand out. This title is definitely a must play for 16-bit platforming fans.
