If you don't already have a Capcom ID and/or aren't a big Resident Evil fan, then it's really not worth it. As of right now, it get's boring quickly. It can be fun, but only if you are in a balanced match, which rarely happens. Thank heaven's it's free. It's kind of disheartening to play when you first start, cause it feels like you get stun-locked all the time(Dodging helps that a bit) But some characters are really unbalanced, and the ranking system might as well be non-existent. I feel bad for all the new players because they can get into matches with someone with significantly higher rank and experience than them, (the biggest gap I've noticed is 1200 vs 2200) If you ARE an RE fan with a CapcomID, maybe give it a while to see if it get's any better before trying it.

Second worst game in the saga right after "umbrella corps". It takes 5 seconds to die and you can't sprint or crouch

Technically I have it, since it came free with the Village. But I'm not adding it to the backlog, as I have no intention of ever playing it,

FYI, playing this game requires registering a Capcom ID account and linking it to your Steam.
Call me lazy, but I'm noping out of this.

I bought Resident Evil Village and got this game as a bonus for free.
I feel like this is some kind of joke. Like someone said "let's make a game just to make a RE:Verse pun".
Like "We made couple of good RE games, time to go in RE:Verse".

Didn't play it yet, but just from the trailers and reviews I guess it's probably not good. Will update if I try it out and change my mind.

It's also weird that it says: Release date 31 Dec, 2022 on steam, but there is a "play now" button.
