10 hours - Continuing my Tower Defense kick, I found Warstone TD on Steam's TD focused sale and I'm glad I did! The levels, abilities, maps, units and the home base provided an enjoyable, classic tower defense loop. Upgrades felt meaningful and the writing has some dry humor to it. I really dug the mixed levels where you both had to defend, and attack that is really unique.

Unfortunately the score drops because the game just sort of ends and the developer is no longer supporting online co-op, which as far as I can tell is a pretty big part of the game. There are a bunch of buildings encouraging you to battle with others, summon them, etc. and nothing appears.

I'm not even convinced the game is finished? It's a bizarre, unfortunate way to end a pretty solid Tower Defense.
