It gets boring surprisingly fast
Shadows Awakening is not a bad game, it's just not interesting. The game starts off well, but once you leave the starting city it quickly loses its charm and the whole gameplay becomes just a grinding loop where you don't even care about the story. The game starts off well, but once you leave the starting city it quickly loses its charm and the whole gameplay becomes just a grinding loop where you don't even care about the story. The maps are empty and there's nothing to do, but you have to keep going back and forth to the same places for boring fetch quests. I played for about 10-15 hours, but I got to the point where I realized that I didn't care about the game at all and I gave up because I didn't have the will to finish it.
