Morcys's review of Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key

I know that by popular vote Ryza 2 is considered the best game of the trilogy, but I disagree with that. Ryza 3 is, in my humble opinion, the best of the three. The game features four open worlds and some of the most beautiful locations I've seen in a video game. Plus, this installment has 11 playable characters. I'm completely satisfied with this conclusion to the trilogy.

Great mystical whimsical journey
This review is for the PlayStation 5 version

Excellent world, great funny characters, cool story, but really confusing start, battles get annoying, and the real enemy appears to be the alchemy material list. Got a good Xenoblade vibe as well as some Final Fantasy without the super doom. Would’ve liked fewer monsters e v e r y w h e r e and not a huge fan of the crafting scheme. A Tier for me!
