Looking back on the game now, though, is a great way to relive a Golden Era of sorts in NASCAR. Some of the biggest names in the sport were all driving at the time the game was made. There is a season/career mode with some opportunities to tune the car, and I have enjoyed playing the game even now. One could say that this was one of the first sim-cade style games, though it probably leans more to the cade side whereas the Gran-Turismo games of the time leaned more toward sim. If you like Nascar or southern rock music, you will probably enjoy this game.
