ADOM is an epic fantasy roguelike designed and developed by Thomas Biskup and first released in 1994. The story takes you to the Drakalor Chain, a mountainous area in the fictional land of Ancardia. You play as an adventurer who sets out to defend the world from the Coming of Chaos, as told by an ancient prophecy. ADOM offers many areas to explore, as well as multiple story-driven quests and endings. While the early versions were limited to ASCII graphics, later versions added tile-based graphics, music, sound, and an overworld map. Read less
