This review is for the PlayStation 2 version

It's a shame this franchise only had two installments because it's really, really good. I enjoyed both games as much as the Fatal Frame games, although this one is better than the previous one, even though many might disagree. It's worth noting that this franchise was designed to be played with a friend, but both games are still a lot of fun even when playing solo.

this game was released precisely 27 days prior to my acquisition of my first 6th-generation console, the PS2. It is shocking now to think that it was 2008, almost on the middle of the PS3 lifespan! Definitely It was the console I had played the least and I replaced it, finally, for a PS3 in September of 2012. But Obscure II: The Aftermath, aside from being just a regular game, have one of the most memorable and truly terrifying moment in all the games I have ever played. On the beginning you are on a bedroom where the party is taking place. After the monsters show up and kill the people while you are on the room and you hear the horrifying screaming. I remember my heart pounding so badly and I went through that big building completely scared. One of the most efficient horror levels ever done on the entire industry.

Yeah Obscure: The Aftermath is exactly this kinda game

U give it a try and than decide to continue this... some day in the future

And than - one day in the future - you remind that fact and try it again... just to push it even higher an ya pile of shame
