After about 20 hours…. CIV VII IS FRICKING AWESOME… but my dudes and dudettes the UI is bonkers. We’re lacking information and reports and what all the things mean. Some work to be done for sure.

Definitely going to wait for a big sale and patches to issues with the UI/missing features as I'm sure a lot of other players are doing. I won't lie though I am looking forward to making making my dream fully automated gay space communism civilization in this newest entry.

Can I hold off on buying this until there's a major expansion back and bundles go on sale, which is usually when a Civ game gets really good. We will see how well my will is tested, especially since I will be fun-employed soon.

Civ 7 is releasing in 2025 and is getting a gameplay showcase in August this year. It's been nice knowing you all. Maybe see you again in 2027.
