If i'm being honest I just enjoy messing around, but the open world design and ability to switch sports at the press of a button is definitely the main pull of the game. It's also fun spending time to really hone in on one particular sport. Good mix between the casual and silly style of say a Tony Hawk game but with the right amount of precision to pull off harder tricks if you want to take it to that level. And all of this is coming from a particularly non-sporty gamer. Guess they must be doing something right!
