deepdoop's review of Code Name S.T.E.A.M.

3/10

The premise of this steampunk world with iconic folklore and public domain characters is awesome, but the game offers little else than just pushing you through fight after fight, with very little in the way of character customization and depth.

There is also way too much waiting in between rounds and since you can't actually see what's going on half the time (due to the third-person view), you spend a lot of time (up to a minute at least, I reckon) looking at your back. You can't skip it.

It also has some other flaws like the aiming, but those are the two biggest problems. The pace of the game is completely wonky.
