This was always a favorite on the Super Nintendo even though I was God awful at it in my youth. Try and try again is the way these types of games were back in the day.
The Simpsons were in their prime when this game came out and their original characteristics are imitated well here. The cartoonish nature of the show transfers well into video games especially on the older systems.
This is pretty much Streets of Rage but with The Simpsons. Controls were very shoddy, and remember the mechanics being frustrating especially when It came to combat.
Pure nostalgia here.
