It's been a while since I played this, so I'm really pleasantly surprised by the ramp in difficulty (not a huge spike, but also not braindead easy the whole time). It's been a while since I played this, so I'm really pleasantly surprised by the ramp in difficulty (not a huge spike, but also not braindead easy the whole time). Finding the hidden entry passes using in-game hints is satisfying and gives you a reason to talk to everyone in the towns, which is doubly fun because some of the NPCs just spout nonsense. Boss stages are by far the most difficult levels thus far, although the bosses themselves I don't find too hard. Except for the Impact fights, that is, which I personally have a tough time with.

Just started playing this for the second time. My first playthrough was in 2016 after finding a cart for somewhere around $30 on ebay. It quickly became one of my favorite games of all time. Just started playing this for the second time. My first playthrough was in 2016 after finding a cart for somewhere around $30 on ebay. It quickly became one of my favorite games of all time. I remember I got 100% with all exit passes and costumes. Going to attempt to do it again. So far I have 5 exit passes and I'm unbelievably excited to keep playing. This game has so much personality. Everything about it is amazing.

At one point I was going to check if it's possible to get all the Entry Passes before beating the game or if there's anything different in New Game Plus (Plasma Man hints that there's something, maybe he was just referring to the costumes you unlock).
