This is a bit like a borked-but-inspired lite-version of PC Building Simulator. You are 'paid' jobs to take apart devices or go on site to fix peoples wonky electrical wiring in their homes. Disassembly of devices is somewhat interesting but clicking things and stuff tends to be very tedious and can sometimes get janky. (I've had serious issues swapping lightbulbs and that's just not funny) replacing components on a board is also not very inspired or logical (components that are likely to be bad are just as likely to be bad as the components that should be likely to be good) In short, its just not fun to take things apart in this interface, I'd much rather just sink some time into something else like World of Guns if i'm going to be doing this sort of thing
I bought this game when I was still a homeowner in the hopes that it would help me learn something about household electrical work. In the end, the tasks are so basic and abstracted that I didn’t learn anything I didn’t know already.
There’s two types of tasks; wiring and installing outlets, switches and lights in a house and fixing small electronic devices. The entire game just consists of repeating the same tasks that go with one or the other. It gets old quickly. The game tries to throw you occasional curveballs with things like getting locked in a basement you’re wiring or assisting some rather STRANGE customers but it was uninspired. My advice? Don’t bother.
