Honestly, I thought there was a lot of potential for this visual novel if the story was fleshed out more and there could have been more artwork incorporated (what do the friends look like? What about a scene from town?). The story was not that bad, but I did not feel like it was executed very well. I understand that the protagonist (you) is an unpopular guy and the idea of kissing a girl is surreal at a young age, but the description is rather clunky.
I did like the addition of a secret ending and you discover more about the girls in the woods along with their pasts. The true ending of the secret ending was... well, I apologize, I thought it was a bit lame and didn't make a lot of sense (where did she even come from?). All in all, It is a very short game and can easily be completed within the hour (especially using the Skip function for all the read words).
