Michael Jordan of the Chicago Bulls and Larry Bird of the Boston Celtics were the only two characters in the game, which allowed the player to participate in a one on one basketball game. Mini-games included a slam dunk contest (utilizing Jordan) and a three point contest (utilizing Bird).

Bird is cracked from 3.

Who doesn't know about the classic rivalry of Jordan vs Bird? Well, that's what Electronic Arts asked themselves in 1989 when they turned that very rivalry into a game. There's classic One-on-One where you try to break Larry's ankles and windmill dunk on his a** or simply pick the Birdman and shoot a floater three over MJ's dome piece - your pick!

There's the slam dunk contest and a three point shootout but overall it doesn't offer much in terms of content, love or care. A novelty title indeed when it comes to sports games but not memorable enough to deserve a spot in your backlog.
