Platform:

DS version.

Graphics/Sound:

This is easily the most beautiful Nintendo DS game I have played so far. The art style is extremely original and a lot of love went into the character animations. The music is also wonderful, perfectly capturing that Disney wonderland atmosphere.

Gameplay:

It's kind of a puzzle platformer, although platforming doesn't take a big spot here, and since it's touch controlled, there is no precision jumping involved. It's more about finding the way to progress using different abilities. You can switch between several characters with unique abilities, but at all times you need to take care of Alice. Difficulty:

Even though it's kind of an action game and you have a life bar, you cannot die directly in this game. The only way to die is to lose Alice. That said it's still fairly easy.

Conclusion:

It's a surpisingly beautiful and unique game. The jigsaw mechanics on the map alone screen are an amazing idea, but this game has …

It's a surpisingly beautiful and unique game. The jigsaw mechanics on the map alone screen are an amazing idea, but this game has a lot more to offer in terms of originality. It's quite surprising to me that a large company like disney would have the guts to create a game this unique. My only gripe with this is that the level design is a bit uninspired compared to some of the awesome gameplay ideas.
