I feel like this could have been a decent game if it featured analog instead of tank controls, but it's really frustrating to go back to. The fact that you can slightly correct left and right while running but will instantly stop and start rotating once you're no longer on the diagonal is maddening. I got about four levels in and that's more than enough. The aesthetics have aged well, though. It's a very cute game, and the Saturn version has that lovely crunchy pixels look.
Finished the Game Boy Color version. Just an "okay" platformer with a lot of mistakes but fun anyway.
I would give it 2 stars, but it's the same page for PS1 game, and I consider that version far better, so, until I play PS1 version once more, I'll give Croc 3 stars.
I like the PS1 version and have played it a lot of times.
Today I have started the Game Boy Color version. It should be in another Grouvee page. Now I don't know what to do with the review.
Anyway, it seems... a little better than it looks like in the first seconds.
