These are one of the many hidden games that I still enjoy. I never played it when it was released. I still seem to enjoy the game 15+ years later. Since games now in days are not trying, this is my change to go backwards and find more games like these. I still have a lot to go

  2. not at all like real driving. driving is boring unpaid labor. this is fun, the cars feel like they're ice skating.
  3. the announcer rules, and is seemingly just there to get you more and more excited. like he would be a very bad announcer if this were broadcast, he's more like your omniscient buddy.
  4. looks and runs great. it's really the ultimate testament to the psp: it's why it's widescreen, it's why it has the crisp display, it's just an experience that wouldn't feel right on the ds (nothing wrong with ridge racer ds... this is just a full psp experience).

There are 4 games in this 19 game series called "Ridge Racer", and there are 2 called "Ridge Racer 2". AND RIDGE RACER 7 COMES AFTER RIDGE RACER 2. It can get a bit confusing.
