I started today my second playthrough of this, a Challenge Mode that would be similar to a New Game+ I don't use to replay games in those modes, but when I finished this game not so long ago, I wanted to keep playing, so I'll do it this time.

The weapons are awesome, levelling them up is awesome, exploring the worlds for secrets is fun. This is just the kind of game I loved when I was a kid and just haven't been playing enough of.

Replaying this five years later, and I still really kind of hate the hoverboard racing. Easily the worst part of the game. I’m still only two trophies away from Platinum for this game because I couldn’t bother with the racing trophies back then, and I care to complete them even less now.

I didn't think we'd see this one patched but I guess with the fact that it is part of both the Play at Home Initiative and the PS5 Instant Collection, not to mention a sequel just around the corner, this makes sense.

My recent enjoyment of the Jak & Daxter and Sly Cooper series is making me think I should give this another try at some point.
What always trips me up is that I am just terrible at aiming and shooting. I will just die over and over at an embarrassingly early point. That's not really unique to this game, but I usually find a workaround... I get through Metroid Prime using motion controls and lock-on, Jak II by spamming the spinny move while shooting. Is there a similar strategy, option or cheese I've been missing that would help me play Ratchet & Clank as a platformer more than a shooter, or is that missing the whole point of this series?

Just got the platinum trophy for this fun little game. Never played any of the old games and felt like this was a great introduction into the series. Creative levels and gunplay. Was great to play when I needed a break from The Last of US Part II.
