Short, Sweet, Good
This review is for the PlayStation 4 version

I liked this game for several reasons:

  • Good indie feel
  • There's some mystery to the story
  • Ending is awesome
  • Last stage switches things up to end the game well
  • Graphics are simple yet have a nice style
  • Short game. Helps clear the backlog and give a boost of confidence
  • Cool trippy animations when you go into the tape worlds

Some development areas

  • I liked the mystery in the story but things don't quite feel resolved
  • Some of the puzzles don't make sense. One in particular involves turning valves randomly (or at least I couldn't find the logic to it. Just trial and error)
  • One stage I had more keys than there were locked doors. Maybe there are some hidden areas but I didn't quite care enough to find them. Maybe I'll go back and get some more trophies.

Overall I liked it. Ending is really cool and artsy. I believe it cost less than $10 and I feel I got my money's worth.
