Pikuniku should at least win an award for best animated legs. Watching the little guy run around puts a smile on my face A minimalistic and cute platformer with light puzzles. Silly, short and a delight to play.

Game is cute. Kind of boring in my opinion. Can't really do the co-op so can't comment on that. Glad I got it for free. I did run into a bug where the game wouldn't progress after I beat the final boss, so I had to go back to the main menu and beat the final boss again, which was …

feels like a game that 15yo me would have really liked. not to say i don't like it now. but it definitely has that quirky vibe that appealed to me more-so in the early 2010s. the physics were silly fun and the game didn't overstay its welcome. really liked the music in some areas too

Absurd, quirky, silly..

Pikuniku is an adventure from start to finish, even if it only takes a couple hours to get to the finish. The gameplay is centered around simple physics based platforming. The story is decent enough, but a little too simplistic. Puzzles are fairly simple as well, I never spent more than a few minutes to get through each one. I'd …

The story is decent enough, but a little too simplistic. Puzzles are fairly simple as well, I never spent more than a few minutes to get through each one. I'd say the best part of the game is the art style and music that carries the game through the simple controls.

My one complaint about Pikuniku is one that I rarely have about games, which is that I wish it were just a tad longer. Usually, I wish games were shorter, because at this point in my life, I don't have the time to spend in games longer than 12 hours max, and if I do spend more than that, it …

My one complaint about Pikuniku is one that I rarely have about games, which is that I wish it were just a tad longer. Usually, I wish games were shorter, because at this point in my life, I don't have the time to spend in games longer than 12 hours max, and if I do spend more than that, it has to be something I REALLY like, like Hollow Knight or Slime Rancher. I have too much other shit to do, too many other games to play, to be spending more than that amount of time in one singular title at this point in my life. But with Pikuniku, I do wish it'd been a bit longer because by the time you get to the ending, you feel like you've barely scratched the surface of this world. Other than that, one of the best games I've played, and it had me smiling like an idiot the whole time. Hope there's more adventures for this red, long legged doofus down the road.
