I honestly don't get what they were thinking. Even "Casual" difficulty is ridiculous compared to Risen …

Janky as ever, yet strangely compelling, Elex gets a pre-review Score of 6?/10 It's honestly so difficult to rate Piranha Bytes games. If for some weird reason you like the devs other titles, -despite the myriad issues that plague them- you'll probably like this too. I like it and I'm also well aware of its many, many flaws.
