An absolutely wonderful and thoroughly enjoyable game. I'm sad that it has come to a close but I'm sure I will enjoy another play through in the near future.

I think we hit the spot in Broken Age over the weekend that everyone complained about and it is pretty stupid. In a non spoilery way for anyone that hasn't played it, here is a tip. (I'll spoiler tag it just in case you are super paranoid, but I recommend definitely reading it. If you want to be really careful, don't read it until after you complete the first half of the game.)

When playing through the second half of the game, realize that you really need to play at least the first portion of Shay's story prior to completing Vella's. Nothing really tells you this is necessary. It would have been handy if when playing Vella's area she had some line of dialogue that was repeated that said something like "I wonder what that boy is doing..."

We started Broken Age over again on PS4 (which it looks beautiful on) and are now well into the second half of the game, which we haven't played before. I'm still absolutely loving it. I haven't hit any major puzzle frustrations (like I've heard about), but I did hit one minor one. Still doesn't take anything away from the game …

Trying to play Broken Age part 2. Y'know...I don't think I like point and click adventure games anymore. I'm just frustrated. It's not fun. I'm just walking from one end of the map to another clicking on things and trying to understand what the hell they want me to do. I remember liking part 1...but I don't know. I guess …

We finished all of part 1 of Broken Age last night. It's pretty great and I think doing it in two 'episodes' is actually going to work extremely well. Can't wait for the next part!

We finally sat down and played some more Broken Age last night. Finished up the girl's (part 1) story and moved on to the boy. The boy plays significantly different, which is cool, but also seems to lack some polish. We saw several visual glitches and other oddities. Game is still unbelievably charming though!

We played a bit more of Broken Age over the weekend. With everyone complaining about how short this game is I expected to be past the halfway point after two sessions, which we're not. :)

This game is just beautiful. I haven't played a ton yet, but it looks and plays great.

I did manage to get and start playing Broken Age on my Mac last night. I even got it to be quite playable on my TV using AirPlay Mirroring and my wireless mouse. Can't wait to play more! :)
