I'm a sucker for horror games. It's a genre that's frequently underrated, has a dedicated hardcore fanbase and is full of hidden gems. With the release of the PSVR, I was particularly excited to get fully drenched in the shitstorm of terrifying indie VR horror that had been making waves over on in the PC camp for a while. But what I quickly discovered is that some of these games should have probably been left to languish in obscurity forever. Don't Knock Twice is easily the worst game of this type I completed. It's really buggy, short, doesn't control well and relies heavily on tropes you've seen done better elsewhere. Funnily enough, the game glitched out in the final sequence so that the main monster just didn't show up for some reason. And honestly, I can't blame them. I guess we both just had better things we could be doing.
