10 years after its initial release, Legend of Kay - Anniversary is a thoroughly remastered version of the original game: high-resolution textures; new, more detailed character models; modern rendering techniques and crystal-clear surround sound give this great classic a new shine. Full of fond allusions to old martial arts films and pop culture quotes, Legend of Kay - Anniversary is both an incredibly funny game and a challenging action-adventure for young and old alike.

I LOVED this game!! I'm a huge fan of cats, swords and platformers, so this is like golden ice cream for me. The voice acting could be improved and the story could be explained a little better, but don't let it take you away from the game, it is fun, long and intriguing.

The game itself is fun enough so far, but the voice acting is absolutely horrible. I really wish I could just read dialogue at my own pace rather than listen to it all or skip it all.

It's clunky as all hell and has many of the obvious setbacks of its time; rotten cameras, atrocious voice acting and so on. But god do I love it. Thankfully, in the end, I don't care about graphics and voice acting lol

Boy, Legend Of Kay is definitely the sort of thing I loved playing when I was growing up, and still yearn for today, but man is the voice acting fairly rough. Often times when people laud complaints onto something, I always (and generally feel vindicated in thinking so) think they're being over dramatic, but yeah...this time they're pretty fair complaints lmao

I have a soft spot for physical copies of games that probably should have never had a physical release. This truly is a pointless remaster. It's a little shinier than the original, but otherwise it has the same terrible somewhat racist voice-acting, awful camera and arrogant unlikable protagonist. Despite this, it often overcomes these flaws with a fun combat system and some nice music. I am happy it is over, but I don't regret playing it. A so-so action platformer.
