Some find it a very profound, emotional experience that helps them describe what it's like to live with mental illness--others get to the end and go "huh?" Unfortunately, I fell into the latter. I really respect what the designer was trying to do, but I think there's other games that more successfully depict mental illness. Two stars out of my customary four, and for fellow achievement hunters, be aware that achievements are wiped every time you play the game.
