I Am Kiara the Ageletar, Master of all 4 ages.
This review is for the PC (Microsoft Windows) version

Ageless is a puzzle platformer with the fairly unique mechanic of being able to tamper with the ages of living beings. This ability is what drives most of the games puzzles and platforming.

The interesting thing about Ageless is that it actually has a fairly in-depth narrative for a 2D platformer. While the writing isn't perfect, it was good enough that I was interested to see what happens next.

The story Centers around Kiara, your character, that is searching for a purpose in life and to accomplish this she has been looking for something called 'The Gate', for years. The gate is said to grant anyone that finds it a gift.

Animals can also be the target of this ability and do different things at different ages in their lives.

I think my one major complaint with the game is that the difficulty is really inconsistent. Some of the puzzles are dumb …

I think my one major complaint with the game is that the difficulty is really inconsistent. Some of the puzzles are dumb easy to complete while others might have you stuck on the same screen for 45 minutes.

The bosses in this game were also pretty tough, and there was deffo some rage involved lol. Dumb Snake.......

If you are a fan of 2D platformers then this one is probably worth your time. If not, I doubt it will change your mind.
