It's ironic that a colorful, kind game called Lovely Planet caused me such intense anger that I have not experienced in many years in games. My blood is literally boiling and my hands are trembling. I hate you flying apple in the fog in level 4-20

Shooter Meat Boy

Lovely Planet is basically a hardcore platformer with FPS action. You play through short levels filled with platforms and enemies. A single misstep or hit kills you, forcing you to start over. It's mildly amusing but kinda boring unless you're really into this sort of thing.

Don't be fooled by the look of this game, it's quite hard. It's a speedrunner and so you'll have to memorize things quite a bit, but it's fun.
