There are infinite holes in this simple 2D golf game. Each hole is procedurally generated. There isn't a progression of difficulty, expect simple holes to pop up even after you've done your 1000th birdie.
Desert Golfing is exactly what it claims to be - a simple click-and-drag golfing game. It's the perfect game for a 5 minute break if you're working on your computer.
The entire game is on sand (hence "desert") which makes for some interesting physics you might not be accustomed to from other 2D golf games. This creates a skill dynamic that I really enjoyed. For example, with just enough force, you can get a ball to "stick" to an incline as it goes uphill. Anything more or less would have that ball rolling right back to the tee.
Also, this game really trains you to confront your failures. Your swing/putt count just keeps adding and adding at the top of the screen and there's no way to get rid of it barring uninstalling.
