If Balatro was a slot machine

Playtime: ~5 minutes (one game)

Review

I love deckbuilding and hate capitalism, so this is the perfect game for me, right? Yeah, no. Like the most overrated game of all time, Balatro, this is a well-known game with a twist; You have to pay the rent after a certain amount of spins on a slot machine.

After every spin, you can pick new symbols to add to the slot machine and some interact. There are 100+ symbols to choose from and to interact some have to appear next to each other, so this is mostly a matter of luck. There are also items outside of the game that have various effects, like Balatro's jokers. Both symbols and items are chosen from three options, so good luck trying to actually build a deck.

Mostly it's just a boring old slot machine. With absolutely terrible music. And no counter to show you how many spins are remaining. Not that it matters, because you have so little control over the game, but it's a weird oversight.

One of the few games where I won't aim to get all the achievements. Too much grindy crap(Get 777 wins for example). Its a shame because if they were more reasonable would aim to get them but not going to spend days working on this.
