Got all of the P ranks as the Noise. I think I prefer The Noise over Peppino. He has this infinite jump that is tricky to repeatedly pull off and isn't incentivized for P ranking and I can't play without that tornado move. It's just too good. Makes him feel even smoother than an already buttery smooth character like Peppino.

Somehow it feels incredibly nostalgic and at the same time extremely fresh, the best I can describe it is how you remember the best game of your childhood, then you replay it instead of being dissapointed since you have already tried the best of the best, you realize it's even better than what you remembered. I genuenly struggle to come up with something negative about this game, definitely up there with what I consider the best 2d platformers, DKC2, Sonic 3&K, Super Mario World, Yoshi's Island, and to be honest this might even come out on top. Masterpiece.

Holy shit.
I have mever been so into the flow of a game this much since Metroid Dread. Speeding through these levels harkens me back to the best Shinespark puzzles in Metroid. Another GOTY contender so far

This is really fun, but it also feels like a fever dream. I have accepted that I am too old now for my reaction times to be at the level to actually get good scores at this game.
