Cavern of Dreams is a truly delightful little game. Everything about it is screaming cute. It's for the kind of person who really loves Spyro and Banjo-Kazooie. You're an adorable little baby dragon who has to find your siblings waiting to be hatched in eggs scattered throughout the lands. I have had a deep hunger for some really good fundamentals when it comes to 3D platforming and this is not necessarily that. It's a lot more of a collectathon, which I thought I wanted, but don't. Egg hunting is fun and all, but it doesn't necessarily give me the sense of accomplishment I'm looking for right now. The movement isn't super clicking with me either, but the art style is. I would highly recommend this to Banjo-Kazooie fans. I'll pick it back up when I'm feeling more in the mood for a shorter collectathon, I think.
