The game is a classic western RPG inspired by the games from the 90s. Basically, it’s the kind of game I personally find missing nowadays. Light, fairy tale, epic, heroic and slightly humorous. One that does not take tons of hours to complete or require endless grind to progress.

Rather simple game inspired by Might & Magic
This review is for the PC (Microsoft Windows) version

LoA is a retro party-based RPG reminsicent of the Might & Magic and Gold Box games of my youth. It's pretty starighforward; travel around, talk to people to receive quests, travel around, find quest item, return to quest giver. I played on normal difficulty and it was pretty easy. A character might die here or there but resurrection was pretty easy. I only faced a TPK once, I think, and that was because I stayed in a dungeon too long.

It's fun in an uncomplicated and cheesy way. I played on Steam Deck and it worked fine.
