A short and competent 2.5 brawler. A few interesting and a few frustrating concepts here, but the game is over before it ever really gets going. It appears to be designed to be played through multiple times, but I doubt many will be doing that.

Wow, one of the favourite SEGA games has reappeared on PS4. Interesting, I wonder if it'll be a cool as the original.

According to Polygon, "there is much wrong with Shadow of the Beast." :(
