Hades is the first game I've beat since I took the dive and purchased a gaming desktop, and what a fun game it was! I'm a big souls person, so this is a bit different in terms of combat, but the gameplay is an absolute blast, and I really learned a lot about Greek mythology along the way. Definitely lives …

Fantastic so far, as expected. Combat feels great, nice and fluid and satisfying. I don’t love the bow as of yet but I am split on whether I like the sword or the shield most. Both have significant pros. I’ve only played a couples hours so far but am happy to finally be sinking my teeth into it

The physical edition came with a nice little booklet of character illustrations and the soundtrack, for anyone curious.

It's surprising to me that despite the announcement of a physical release, and the close probity to the release date of that physical edition, you can't actually order this anywhere. I'm curious who is handling the release and if it will simply be available to purchase on the release date without any pre-order options.
