Kingdom of Night is a not too difficult action/hack & dodge RPG set in a 1980s Arizona town taken over by demonic forces. It took me 22 hours to beat it, which included a fair amount of side content. There were things I didn't get and someone going for 100% could easily spend another ten or so hours, I imagine.

There were difficult parts. Healing items are limited and there is no other way to heal damage, so I had to be careful when in some of the boss fights. In the end, however, even on normal difficulty it wasn't too bad even for me. Combat is very simple; you auto-lock onto the nearest enemy and attack them and anyone in their immediate vicinity. You dodge when an attack in coming. Rinse and repeat. It's probably not worth a replay but I had fun playing it for that time.
I played on Steam Deck. It worked flawlessly.
